At Futureforte Educators Private Limited (StudyBuddy Education), we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services to our students. To ensure clarity and transparency in our policies, we have outlined the following terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and extensions. Please read carefully.
1. General Terms
All services, including but not limited to our mock test series, study materials, mentorship, and any other educational resources offered by StudyBuddy Education, are non-refundable.
No cancellation requests will be accepted once the service has been availed or payment has been made. We advise students to carefully review the service details before confirming their purchase.
Non-extendable: Once a service period has started, it cannot be extended under any circumstance.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
After registration and payment for any of our services, the student cannot cancel their enrollment or request a cancellation of services at any point.
Students who purchase any of the plans or services offered on the website, including the mock test series, study packages, and mentorship, agree to proceed with the service without any option for cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility under Pass Assurity Plan
Pass Assurity Plan: This is a special plan available only to students who opt for the Pass Assurity Plan. This plan offers a refund option only under specific conditions, as detailed below.
Refunds will be considered only for students enrolled in the Pass Assurity Plan and only if they meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. This plan comes with a guarantee that the student will pass the relevant exams after utilizing the service, subject to the following terms:
The student must have utilized the complete test series offered under the Pass Assurity Plan.
The student must have actively participated in all the tests and used the mentorship and guidance offered during the service period.
The student must have attempted the entire series of mock tests, with no missed attempts, and demonstrated consistent effort in improving their performance through the resources provided.
In the event that the student does not achieve the required pass percentage (as defined in the Pass Assurity Plan guidelines), they may be eligible for a refund of the fee paid for the service.
4. Refund Process
In order to be eligible for a refund, the student must meet the criteria for the Pass Assurity Plan as outlined above.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the exam results being declared. Requests received after this time frame will not be considered for a refund.
To request a refund under the Pass Assurity Plan, students must:
Provide evidence that they have followed all guidelines provided under the Pass Assurity Plan.
Submit their exam results that clearly show that they did not achieve the required pass percentage.
Complete the refund request form available on the student dashboard or by contacting our support team at [support email/phone number].
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase of the service.
No cash refunds will be issued. Refunds will only be provided in the form of a reversal to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
6. No Refunds for Other Plans or Services
For all other plans and services (e.g., Basic Plan, Comfort Plan, Premium Plan), there will be no refunds under any circumstance.
This includes cases where the student chooses not to use the services, does not complete the tests, or experiences any dissatisfaction with the service.
7. Changes to the Refund & Cancellation Policy
Futureforte Educators Private Limited (StudyBuddy Education) reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and students will be notified of major changes through email or other communication channels.
